LEED for New Construction (LEED-NC)
LEED-NC focuses on the design and construction process for new construction and major reconstruction of buildings. LEED-NC addresses the environmental impacts of site and materials selection, demolition, and construction. The LEED-NC Rating System divides credits and prerequisites into five credit categories (Sustainable Sites; Water Efficiency; Energy and Atmosphere; Materials and Resources; Indoor Environmental Quality) and two bonus credit categories (Innovation in Design and Regional Priority).

Aggregate Industries understands that LEED-NC certification brings value to your projects including:

• enhanced occupant well-being and comfort
• reduced operating costs
• reduced environmental impact
• increased building valuation and return on investment
• marketing advantage, reduced absenteeism and employee turnover
• increased retail sales

At Aggregate Industries, we are adapting our services and products to help you obtain certification. We are proud to provide a wide range of products that aid our customers - owners, builders, contractor, and engineers - in attaining their goal of LEED certification at any level.
